Manak Veer

About

In 2026, the Bureau of Indian Standards conferred the “Manak Veer” honour on Vedanta Irrigation Systems at Manak Mahotsav, marking World Standards Day. The recognition celebrates the high quality of our manufacturing and the products we place in the hands of farmers.

Manak Veer is awarded to organisations that embed standards discipline into everyday production — from raw material selection and extrusion of laterals and emitting pipes, to assembly of filters, injectors and valves. For us it is an external confirmation of what our customers already experience: consistent flow rates, durable materials and systems that keep performing season after season.

The honour was accepted on stage at the ceremony on 16 October 2026, and reinforces our commitment to manufacture to specification, test every batch and keep improving the quality of every metre of drip line we produce.
